Gang Operations function similarly to Underworlds but are separated into tiers based on the gang’s HR Level (the average level of the top five members). Depending on this HR Level, gangs can claim and manage specific operations, providing rewards and prestige.
Just like Underworlds, Operations can be challenged and taken over by rival gangs. A gang may hold up to three Operations or Underworlds at a time, so choosing which to prioritize is an important strategic decision.
