Downtown Mafia lets you stay connected with your mob through smart notifications and personalize your identity with custom avatars.
Notifications
Notifications help you stay informed about game activity, even when you’re offline. You’ll receive alerts for:
Energy, stamina, and health refills
Mission and fight updates
War invites and gang requests
Tournament and event reminders
You can toggle notifications in the Settings menu under Alerts & Preferences. If you’re playing through Facebook or iOS, make sure app permissions allow notifications from Downtown Mafia.
Avatars
Your avatar represents your in-game personality and is displayed on your profile, chat, and gang page.
You can set your avatar in two ways:
Gravatar: Link your email to gravatar.com and use the same email for your account.
Facebook: If your game is linked to Facebook, your Facebook profile picture automatically becomes your avatar.
You can also change your gender, race, and name (for 50 Diamonds) under Profile → Edit to further customize your look.
Keeping notifications on ensures you never miss key updates, and customizing your avatar lets you stand out as a true mafia boss.
