Gangs are the backbone of multiplayer strategy in Mumbai Mafia. By joining or creating a gang, you gain allies who fight by your side in wars, share resources, and help you rise through the ranks faster. Creating a gang allows you to choose a name, emblem, and set rules for members.

Each gang has roles, typically including a leader, co-leaders, and members. Leaders make decisions on wars, recruitments, and strategies, while members contribute by participating in battles and events. A well-structured gang is often the difference between dominating and struggling in high-level competition.
