online and offline of the opposing gang in wars

I think they should have online and offline statuses for the gangs in gang wars. Most of the people in my gang don't really like attacking people if they're offline. I think it would be fair

You can only know the online status of your own members... knowing how many members in the other gang is active kinda makes the war more predictable and less fun. And normally during war you will get to know how many from the other side is fighting back from the events tab.
