Ammo refill

When I am running a Fed and need ammo, why is it that when I press refill ammo I don't get a full refill of ammo...I have103 ammo and only refills 95 ammo why?

Because you probably didn't have enough gold at the time, you get [3] ammo for [1] gold each.

not true ox0539 i tested you literally loose 3 ammo  as of now when purchasing i think its a glitch that needs to be attended
