Devs you should have edited it that way that we could only start seek and destroy on the alliance with atleast 2 or 3 members on. This way it would have been awsome and war will be more competeting instead of removing lvl range for defenders. This is a total advantage for higher lvls.
I know its the best suggestion. It will be really appreciated if you imply that soon. Thanks.

The whole point of seek and destroy is to surprise attack your opponent a spontaneous war! :D

It would be very difficult to accurately measure alliances with online players and matching them in real time. Plus that will greatly reduce the number of choice of alliances you could find in the seen n destroy lookup.
