I think it would b cool to start fights over resources. More like turfs. Instead of money per hour make it xp plus oil/uranium/coal/diamond. Also once u have claimed a resource turf the next war for reclaiming should start only after half n hour. Pls change collection time to half n hour.

We have introduced STATES under WORLD WAR which addresses this request... but introducing new currencies like oil/coal may be too much... as of if now it gives you hourly income.
