My account has been blocked

Yea I'm just wondering why my account has been blocked .. I'm extremely new to this app and it said something about breaching the terms of service regarding giving my phone number out on my wall .. I didn't know that was an issue but I was blocked without warning and now can of interact with others .. please let me know what I can do to get back to normal status .. I was really starting to enjoy this app
