New phone lost old profile.

Hi, I was wondering if you can help me? My old phone Broke and when I down loaded the app on my new phone and tried to log back in to my old profile, some how I created a new profile. Can you help me get back into my old profile? I was Lance Boy and my profile pic was of a Border Collie wearing glasses. Thank you.
