Loss of access to the account after playing it that morning

That's all and say I no longer have access to my battlecry account then this afternoon when I had access the same morning the pseudo of my main account and Tytoune level 202 number 486,307,483 my clan and ASF Terrors I can see my 1st account via my 2nd but it no longer appears when I go to switch it has disappeared but is still visible in games thanks for helping me to recover it because I have invested a lot
