should make an option for a skill point reset so if people want to change how they are built.Like if someone is all defence and wanted to try attack skill point placement instead of having to make another account or resetting because some people muck up on skill point placement and may not want to reset because they might have a high income and have a timer for a month for cool down so people are not abusing the option of going through different builds

At a hefty charge, why not? Say 10-25% of lost skill points?
