I have recently been looking at the game and ive thought of a new Rep feature you could add to the game .. enabling people to think more and play more, how about a New Rep for Rival Attack Wins... Personally it would encourage people to fight more

Someone also suggested on dev's wall a rep for undefeated in tourney.  Would make people think twice about throwing wars for whatever reason.
