Im not sure how to get the idea to the proper people, but I think that when doing a Hit n Run, the attacking team should she able to be attacked by any member of the gang they are attacking. Sometimes I'll log on and my gang is under attack, and I can't do anything about it because their level is too low. I feel that if a gang is doing the attacking then they think they could win. I like that higher gangs can't attack lower gangs that keeps things fair. Anyone feel the same or know how I could maybe see something like this happen.

Hmm that's an interesting idea and certainly has some merit.  Your correct all players should be able to defend.
