I would like dtm to let the dtm players be able to move their skill points like maybe 1 diamond to move 1 skill point to another field.I think it would be of great benefit to all players and make a great improvement on the game.

Option was avoided since this could imbalance the whole game economy... also conceptually you can't change the behaviour of your player once its developed.
