Listing Players

The Hitlist system lets you place a bounty on another player if they’re too strong or too annoying to defeat directly. To hitlist someone, visit their profile and use the “Add to Hitlist” option. You’ll be required to pay a bounty amount, which is determined by the system based on their level and income.

Hitlisting allows other players to attack and attempt to eliminate your target in exchange for the bounty, even players outside your attack range.

This is a great way to weaken your enemies indirectly or punish high-level trolls who think they’re untouchable.

Bounty Rewards & Notoriety

When a player is hitlisted, their Notoriety increases by 10% per listing (up to 30%). This raises their Effective Level, making them eligible for attacks from stronger opponents. For example, a Level 20 player with 30% notoriety will be treated as a Level 26 player for attack range purposes.

To claim a bounty, a player must achieve a full 100% decimation of the listed hood. Anything less, and the bounty is not awarded — even if the Mansion is destroyed. Only the first attacker to fully wipe out the base gets the prize; others will still keep whatever loot they collect.

Hitlist Rules & Limits

There are some rules to keep the Hitlist system fair:

  • A player can issue a maximum of 10 hitlists per day.

  • Only 3 hitlists per day can be placed on the same player.

  • A single player can have a maximum of 3 active listings at one time.

  • Bounty amounts must be between 1x to 2x the target’s hourly income.

  • Players must be at Level 10 or above to access the hitlist feature.

  • A cooldown of 1 hour is required before the same player can be listed again.

These limitations ensure that the system is used strategically, not abusively.
