Muted ip

I was told after 3 days of restriction on my ip i could message you devs to uplift the punishment you bestowed upon me so here I am now asking for my ip to be unmuted because I lost accounts I reset using the 500 diamonds option in game due to my ip being restricted I can no longer make new accounts or reset old accounts. I learned my lesson I haven't spammed sb anymore neither have I been reported for any trouble and it's been passed 3 days my restriction due date. (Please unmute me so I may receive my accounts I worked so desperately hard on back)
