High level players should continue to be barred from initiating attacks on players 20+ levels below them, however if attacked by lower level players, there should be no bar to retaliation. A level 15 has no business attacking a level 65, so in that event the 65 should be able to retaliate

I am in total agreement with the black lion .get it together devs.
