I can only get 7 mercs

I haven't played the game for I awhile but I have just bought diamonds and recievedette 1000 with them. So what myou problem is I can only get (crips,blood,muscle man,sniper,blondie,scar face and transporter) how do I unlock more mercs? I really need to know. Thanks to everyone who read this and gave a reply

Rest of the Mercs are special offer Mercs that are release from time to time based on special holiday offers.
