Loading issues

I cannot log into my game! It says cannot connect to server and I have no Internet connection. I know for sure I have Internet connection so it should load. Is anyone else having issues at the moment, or is it just me? Thanks

Started hnr..war won't start..frozen at the war start screen..never started..
