Personally there needs to be a few things cleared up with the Ticket System because its not working properly or what it is supposedly used for i have created Tickets with the following issues

• Bug Reports
• Evidence of People Scamming
• Account Theft

But yet, My Tickets get Closed for NO reason what-so ever Three times this has happened now we need a Solution and fast.. Please.

This for sure is an awesome idea.  Lets get to work on this one immediately.  Hell if you have to shut the game down until it's done.
