i want my old accout back with what i paid for on this one

I was on level 39 I want that account back with the 70 dollars I recently spent on diamonds on this account I feel like I'm just as weak as I was before I paid for diamonds people that have shit upgrade compared to me are unbeatable please help me do this as a kind gesture I'm on a disability surrpport mention and people won't let me work what am I suppose to do I feel as if I have been ript off.

I have I get mad sometimes but I have a good reason u didn't let me keep my diamonds when I restarted my account.
